Whether you are simply exploring the prospect of adding appropriate implant placement to your practice or you are an experienced implantologist in search of a better way to treat patients, you owe it to your patients to attend this course.
This two-day, interactive, team-training course has been created to instruct and train dentists in missing tooth replacement and removable prosthetics retention. Following a unique case selection and implant placement protocol that utilizes the Model TomographicTM, a non-radiation “Cast-Scan”, and a 3-D Drill Guide Stent, implants are placed with great control and low risk. Not only is this the easiest way to begin incorporating implant placement into your practice, but even experienced clinicians will find it superior from a patient comfort standpoint.
The 3-D Drill Guide provides patient safety and unequaled placement accuracy into acceptable bone. The single-stage and most often flapless procedure greatly reduces post-operative pain and swelling, the need for sutures, and morbidity that accompanies other protocols. This approach leads to providing a better service to your implant patients, improved patient satisfaction and increased acceptance of treatment.
The objectives of this course are for the participant to be able to:
- Understand the 3-D guided placement of implants
- Understand the subjective and objective criteria of case selection
- Learn protocols for record taking: PAs, Panos, Bone Sounding, Anatomical Casts
- Discover a very simplified, low morbidity surgical procedure
- Identify the equipment and supplies needed for implant procedures
- Utilize the necessary tools and equipment
- Learn the simple sequence to place your first implant
Additional topics to be addressed:
