This three-day program will be directed to advanced doctors seeking knowledge of the full K6I/K7 data collection capabilities. It will teach advanced EMG/ESG data collection and interpretation protocols.
There will be emphasis upon correlating objective data to patient history and physical findings. Use of slow motion redraw modes for real time analysis, Scan #18 EMG spectral analysis, Scan #15-16 ESG frequency analysis, diagnosis of ascending versus descending pain reference patterns and other advanced diagnostic protocols will be presented.
The objectives of this course are for the participant to:
- Understand how to "get the most" out of your K6/K7
- Learn a gnathologist's interpretation of TMJ K6/K7 data
- Interpret advanced K6/K7 data with emphasis on Scan #12 and other in-depth analysis
- Interpret advanced K6/K7 data with emphasis on EMG Scan #2, 9/10, 11, 16, 4/5 and the use of slow motion analysis and integration of the data with other patient records
- Use scan #18 to identify muscle fatigue
- Utilize an EMG to identify ascending versus descending pain reference patterns
