Dynamic Team Concept Series: Core V

This six-day Team Core program falls at the ideal time in the maturation of the practice to allow your team to develop finer skills with both Neuromuscular and Aesthetic discussions and treatment. Just as the doctor’s understanding is cresting a new level in the Core V program, the team is ready for a more thorough and in-depth mastery of advanced aesthetic dentistry. At this point in the process, most doctors have recognized that their team is becoming better educated and has a deeper understanding of aesthetic dentistry than many of their peers. With this kind of support in the office, there are no limits to the potential benefits the practice and your patients can receive!

The objectives of this course are for the participant to:

  • Incorporate occlusal philosophies within aesthetic restorations
  • Utilize Smile designs
  • Complete a Photography Workshop
  • Utilize good Lab Communication
  • Produce Flawless impressions and temporaries
  • Utilize Easy Rubber dam placement methods
  • Understand LVI Hygiene Concepts
  • Use new Verbal skills to enhance patient communication and improve case acceptance
  • Understand the use of Effective Handoffs – Transfer of Power
  • Understand Scheduling for Success
  • Develop and refine productive team meetings
  • Create an Effective financial presentation
  • Understand Internal Marketing
  • Use new Team Building techniques
  • Teach the patient enough that he or she is able to enjoy the experience of a Full Mouth Reconstruction and to take care of the restorations considering neuromuscular science and good dental hygiene.
