As with the culmination of the CORE Curriculum series, this course represents the completion of an intense and comprehensive series of learning and growth that creates a powerful and capable player in the delivery of dental health. As with the CORE Series, this is not the end of the journey, but rather the beginning. As learning and development is completed, the attendees will be more dynamic and powerful people. They will have developed both professionally and personally into an incredibly competent and capable team. With that kind of force behind the practice, there are no limits!
In this program the finishing skills will be mastered in comprehensive dentistry. The patient will become the messengers of health and spread the word about the incredible benefits of seeing this practice for their health. A variety of opportunities will be delivered along with a format to accomplish making this practice ‘The Practice’ to see.
The objectives of this course are for the participant to:
- Complete an Occlusal workshop with individual Team models
- Experience Advanced communication with Prime Speak
- Understand Advanced Team building - ROPES
- Create a better Evaluation of the Individual Practice Profiles
- Complete a Mastership Review of all practice management systems
- Assure that the patient understands the procedures from preparation to temporization and finally the seat and follow up care.
