David Miller DDS is a 1980 graduate of the University of Illinois Dental School. He has a general practice in Roseville, CA with an emphasis on TMD, Neuromuscular Restorative Dentistry and Sleep Disordered Breathing. Dr. Miller received his LVI Mastership in 2011. He is also a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics. Dr. Miller is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain, the American Board of Craniofacial Pain and the American Academy of Pain Management. He made his first snoring/sleep appliance in 1989 and joined the Academy of Dental Sleep medicine in 1997. Dr. Miller has over 5000 hours of CE, has published on a variety of dental topics and has lectured at national and international dental meetings. Dr. Miller teaches in the Full Mouth Reconstruction course at LVI and teaches the Orofacial Pain: Diagnosis and Management course.
